I make this all the time for holidays and things. I like to use 3 different types of apples, Honeycrisp or Braeburn, Granny Green Smiths and Golden Delicious. Then I like to mix my apples with leamon juice, vanilla & almond extract, a little white sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. The apples soak up all these flavors and it is soooo good!!! It is super easy too I love apple crisp too! I make this all the time for holidays and things.
